Entry is free and simple.  Just email your entry using the online entry form.  Your entry will be acknowledged and you will be asked to complete a questionnaire which is the basis on which entries will be judged.

Please complete and submit your application (entry form and questionnaire) by Friday 13 February 2009. The winners will be announced in front of 260 distinguished business people at a black tie dinner on Saturday 21 March 2009 at the Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield.
