Entry is free and simple.  Just email your entry using the online entry form.  Your entry will be acknowledged and you will be asked to complete a questionnaire which is the basis on which entries will be judged.

Please complete and submit your application (entry form and questionnaire) by Friday 4 February 2011. The winners will be announced in front of 200 distinguished business people at a black tie dinner on Saturday 9 April 2011 at the Civic Centre, Chesterfield Road South, Mansfield.
